IPCM is pleased to announce our first real estate investment! We recently closed on this duplex in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
It was designed by famous Utah Architect Ron Molen and completed in 1969. This property is located at the foot of the Wasatch mountain range between Little Cottonwood and Big Cottonwood canyons. It features beautiful views of the mountains, a wonderful layout, a very large yard, and a premium location in the Salt Lake Valley.
The property needs a significant amount of work and we’re excited to take on this project. We look forward to completing the renovations over the next two months and will post updates soon.
